"Why select ShaK over other DJ's?"
The ShaK offers the lowest prices anywhere. We offer a service for those parties that you don't want to spend a fortune on. We are great for parties, School dances, Weddings, Receptions, Baby Showers, whatever you need, we will be there.
"Why select ShaK over a band?"
Bands are extremely limited to the number of songs that they know and perform. When a band takes a break and leaves the stage, there is no entertainment for your guests. Thus no music. There is usually not a large range of music played. If you want country and hip-hop, you are going to need two different bands. I'm sure as most of you know, a band does not always sound as great live, as they do in studio. Sometimes, they are downright awful. With the today's technology, you get crystal clear sound through digital compact discs. With this technology, you are guaranteed the same quality performance each and every time the song is played.
"What music do you play, and how much do you have?"
We play most of everything including; Alternative, Christian, Comedy, Country, Disco, Freak Dance, Hip Hop, Pop, Old School, Oldies, Rap, Rock, Swing, and Techno. If you would like us to play anything other than these you can special request it and we will do our best to find it. We do not play any adult content or lyrics that may be offensive. Our collection that we take with us includes over 2000 songs and 100 CDs.
"How much do you charge?"
Some DJ's will say "It's not that easy to set a price". Well, we can set a price. $25 per hour. If your party goes over that scheduled time we will charge $25 each additional hour also. There is no other fees to pay. However, you must pay before setup.
"Do you charge setup and takedown time?"
No, the time the people start showing up till the time everyone leaves is what we charge. We will need one hour for setup, and 30 minutes for takedown. This time will NOT be charged.
